furnished, classified 3*** : official reference n° 170580421, with a view of the sea,
from the first floor, house for seven persons + one baby maxi . Animals are not allowed.
Two small courtyards, in the front and at the back of the house.
Car can be parked in the courtyard private in the front the house
Upstairs:
three bedrooms: two of them with double-beds and one with two superposed beds + one bed;
Cupboards, pillows, bolsters, blankets, duvets for each room; mattress covers are changed after each stay;
a clock-radio, bed and chair for one baby available.
Bathroom with double washbasin, shower, hair-drier; separate toilet.
Downstairs:
separate kitchen: dishwasher, washing-machine,oven, microwave, fridge equipped with deep- freeze,
electric kettle and coffee-maker,toaster, sea-food special implements
Living-room: sofa, television, radio CD player, closed fire place(wood offered), electric heating included in tariff.
A small seating-room, a bathroom + shower and toilet.
Backyard: a shed for bicycles and sailing board, a tree and sunshade, a set of garden furniture,
deckchairs with cushions, barbecue.
The house is situated: 40 m from the baker’s and 600 m from the town centre BOURCEFRANC LE CHAPUS; chemist’s,
small supermarkets, pizzas, fishmonger, tobacconist + café, postoffice, bank, markets.
The beach and sailing school of Bourcefranc le chapus are 3 km away; Marennes 4 km; Ile d’ Oléron bridge 1, 5 km.
Charwoman 10 euros/ hour.
